We are a privately held, non-profit 501(c) (3) organization. We are fully
funded and are not permitted to receive any donations, do any fundraising,
nor accept any membership dues. We also do not provide any grants nor donate
money to any other groups. Consequently, you will not be solicited for any
fundraising activity.
We, at the RAKF collect information on people who are interested in doing kindness
projects in their community. Our free resources are readily available to download
from the internet. We will not contact you for financial or other contributions,
nor will we share your information with others.
Any personal information that you submit in order to receive our information will not
be sold, traded, or given to any other mailing list, organization, or person.
Periodically we do receive requests from our members who would like to be put in
contact with others who are interested in promoting kindness and participating in
kindness projects. We will only share a name if we have been give specific permission
by you to share your information.
We grant a non-exclusive license to use the Random Acts of Kindness™ name and any
Random Acts of Kindness logos and/or materials to any person who is using the Random
Acts of Kindness Name™, logos, or materials for the purposes of spreading awareness
about Kindness or promoting acts of Kindness. Any use of the Random Acts of Kindness
name, logos, or materials for any other purpose, or use that results in personal
financial or economic gain is strictly forbidden.
